Be able to send a PDF via a Ripple

It would be helpful to have the ability to attach PDFs or other pre-existing documents to a Ripple for distribution to employees.

For example, we have a professionally designed and branded Policy Handbook in PDF format that we would like to send to all new employees and ask them to sign receipt of, as part of their onboarding Ripple. Currently, we must copy and paste the content into a separate template before it can be included, which is time-consuming and means the original branding and formatting may be lost.

Allowing documents to be uploaded and attached directly to a Ripple would make the process more efficient and ensure employees receive the correct, fully branded version.
