Easier calculation of TOIL from the planner banner view- show timesheets/holidays/sickness etc all in hours or days

Currently different times of leave such as bank holidays are being shown in days, other leave is shown in instances, and timesheets in hours, causing confusion for managers when trying to calculate whether or not any TOIL has been accrued in the month
