You can bulk upload an uplift across the business, however it just adds it in from that day and no option available to backdate. Our group increase was announced in May but backdated to April so unable to use the bulk update

You can use the Salary Data Loader in the Data Loaders section rather than the Salary section. You can download the excel template which allows you to enter an effective date.
I'd recommend running a query with any salary entitlements and deductions before uploading so you can add them back in using the Salary > Add salary entitlement/deductions bulk uploads.
