Signatures for company documents

We are part of a number of accreditation schemes and in order to be 'passed' in terms of audit for the accreditation we need to be able to demonstrate that our team have both read and understood key company documents like whistle blowing policies, harassment policies and corruption policies. At present, the only way to get a signature is to upload the file to an employee - either as a bulk action or on an individual basis. However I dont want to do this because every time we empty someone else, I will need to upload the files to them as well - which is a hassle. I would love PEOPLE HR to develop a solution where by COMPANY DOCUMENTS can be signed for by employees - confirming that they have read and understood the document. Please can you make this happen?
