Advanced filtering on Talent Pool

Please add advanced filtering to Talent Pool section. we have created a "CV Bank" on our system that we send out publicly for candidates to register their CV for any role they wish to apply for from a range of options that we have given. It is now the time for us to hire, and i cannot filter by the relevant role to look at all the relevant candidates! The talent pool/CV bank has now become useless if i cannot efficiently filter through my own options to find talent. I cannot even label or group applicants for me to comb through.
