PeopleHR currently only supports one active and one pending work pattern per employee. This makes it difficult for organisations with term‑time, annualised hours, or seasonal staff whose patterns change several times per year.
Please add the ability to enter multiple future‑dated work pattern changes so we can pre‑load an academic or operational year in advance.
