Employee Performance - ability to reverse 'complete' status of reviews and open the review again

If a manager accidentally marks a review as 'complete' it locks the review without being able to re-open it which makes it difficult to manage if the employee hasn't been able to include their part. This would be helpful to have as an option for an admin.
