Admin able to open a closed performance review in Evo Employee Performance

Enable Admin to be able to open a mistakenly closed Performance Review in Evo as you can with Performance in PeopleHR

Describe the Challenge

Currently there is no share function so employees are mistakenly saving the review as they used to in PeopleHR but it's saving and closing so the manager can no longer add their comments. Enable admin to be able to re-open it please.
