The "Copy From" field when adding a vacancy needs organising better

Every vacancy is available in the copy from field but there is no way of differentiating when there are multiples of the same vacancy name. Because we populate vacancy name field with the job title because that is a field that can be merged into an email template (basically an offer letter) we can't add more details in this field and therefore when adding a new vacancy and using copy from we have multiple versions of the same named vacancy - its taking too much time, there's no way to archive and not efficient
