Currently, once the performance review is set up, any changes, even minor, all employees receive an email confirming a change. This is overskill. HR should be facility to confirm if an email notification is needed or not. We have 500+ employees receiving an email each time for minor tweaks. Not good use of employees time reading these, and makes the system look unprofessional.
