When creating a Ripple email in Access PeopleHR, Right to Work fields do not appear in the list of available merge tags for inclusion in the email. The system does not provide direct merge tags for Right to Work details within Ripple emails, so these fields cannot be added to the email content using the standard merge tag options which is frustrating as we simply want to add in the valid to date field so that admins are aware of the date without having to go into People to look.
