Allow an archive section for the back office performance review

Allow us to archive previous reviews and keep them separate to live ones. This should allow employees to open reviews that aren't archived only, and allow us to easily find live reviews without scrolling endlessly. Don't reset scroll when you leave a review. There's also a glitch functionality currently whereby we have to zoom out to scroll far down.
