Performance Reviews - allow system to use Analysis Codes as filters

We current use Analysis code to mark as clinical or non clinical - which is the only difference we need for bi-annual reviews. Instead we have to job roles - of which there are loads, or departments, which are complicated as some departments have both clinical and non clinical teams.

Describe the Challenge If we could just filter by analysis code it would be so much simpler
