Fit note end date to be added to 'options' tab when logging sickness so that a reminder can be set up

There is currently no way to have a reminder for a fit note end date unless 'workaround' options are used. The 'fit note received' field seems unnecessary and would be of more benefit if this could be changed to 'fit note end date' for the purpose of reminding managers to ensure an updated fit note is received from the absent employee if they remain absent from work past the end date of the absence
