Custom reports to be available as an option

We have started using the employee performance module and would like to report on the objectives by employee that have been set. There are a couple of reports available within the analytics function such as Objective report and Objective report - Manager, however they do not give me all of the information we need. Therefore, it would be useful if we were able to create our own reports to pull the information we need.
