Sickness Bulk Uploads Not Accurate

Just found out that when bulk uploading sickness, if the employee is on a rotating shift pattern the system will just revert the working day to 7.5hrs or 3:45hr for half a day. This is a pretty useless feature and thus the system outputs on hours for sickness is incorrect. Please update the system to honour the work pattern/hrs so the data is correct.
