Logbooks - Training Plan - Signature Field & Target Dates, Dropwdown

I'm trying to create training plans by role which can then be assigned to that specific role when someone joins/moves into that role.

It would be useful if we could set target dates by X months/days in the background for it to auto calculate e.g. Task one should be completed within the 1st week of the role. Someone starts 21/01/2026 so target date automatically populates to the 28/01/2026.

Could there also be the option for inputting all tasks per department and then being able to select what is specific to a role you are assigning to save creating multiple plans?

I would also like them to sign off to say something has been completed after each task however I can't use the same name field. Can there be a way to duplicate? I've attached an example of this.
