Yet again another example of how someone who works in a HR team clearly didn't set this up! We have regular queries that need running on a weekly and monthly basis but apparently they can only be assigned to one person! So, if I get hit by a bus no one will know to run them!
Make queries able to be assigned to more than one person so that they will defintely be run. And yes, I know I can create a ripple but surely this would be easier for everyone!

Hi - Query categories are not locked to individuals they are just housekeeping.....is the other person who would like to run a system admin? If so then they will have access and if not you should be able to use 'enhanced access' to give query permissions.(will need to unlock 'Only admin can access') (Note this will give all query access i have found) - hope this helps. :)
