Once an objective is set, currently either an employee or line manager can go in and amend it. In the unlikely event that someone were to abuse the system an 'tweak' an objective fraudulently, it would be necessary for HR/P&C to be able to see what it originally said, what it says now and who changed it. Currently you can not pull this detail.
I think we should also be able to set it that, once an objective is added, only a line manager or a system admin can go in and amend it.
