Create "Direct reports only" filter on "Edit Access Rights" so they can only access their team's info

When editing access rights for managers, for example, to update NIS, have a filter so they can only do it for their team. Some team members are in multiple locations and departments, so it's tricky to narrow it down without adding every single employee individually. This is a GDPR problem.
