Merge "Company" documents and "Personal" documents

Currently personal documents are squirreled away under View Profile. This is not obvious, especially as on the same page there is a Documents area that most go to. Could the areas not be merged in the one place and either make it obvious which documents are personal and which are company wide or have a toggle as was introduced to the web version?
