To have multiple probation period rules

The majority of staff have a 3 month probation period, however there are a number of employees that have a 6 month probation period. As notifications/tasks are sent to managers, for those with 6 month probation periods, the notification/task doesn't update to reflect this and will remain at the 3 month reminder rule. It would be useful if we could have additional rules to add in, or to include/exclude job titles in the rule to make this possible.

Describe the Challenge The benefit is to have managers receive the correct tasks/notifications at the correct times for them to be actioned.
