Allow a reduction of companies dropdown by user ; limit to what the user needs to see.

We have an extremely long induction period for new payroll personnel.

People XCD is a poor system in terms of flexibility of configuration.

The goal of senior managers like me is to give profiles to users so they "can do their job efficiently" and "reduce the probability of mistakes" particularly for new users . I have approx 15 companies in my setup. Most payroll people only run one payroll. I want the attached screen to be configurable by user or at least by payroll access.

This is one example there are many others , happy to discuss with Product team.
