Adding Intervals Not Constricted to 0.25

Currently, the system only allows TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) to be booked in multiples of 0.25. This limitation can cause issues when staff need to book TOIL that doesn’t neatly fit into these increments (for example, 0.1 or 0.2 hours).

It would be helpful if the system could support more flexible booking increments—either allowing custom decimal values or a configurable minimum increment set by the organisation.

This would improve accuracy in tracking worked time and give teams greater flexibility when managing leave.
