All levels of user/manager/admin to see folder notifications for unsigned documents

As Admin I chase individuals and managers when someone has outstanding documents for signing. We assumed that Managers could see when their team have outstanding documents but apparently they can't - which explains why I'm constantly chasing! Making this info available to managers would save time, enable them to manage their teams effectively, and ensure compliance especially with health and safety documentation.
