When sending emails directly from the ATS, they do not appear in our regular email 'Sent' mailbox. To review communications, you have to access each individual candidate within PeopleHR.
This creates a challenge for team visibility. When our Recruiting Manager is on holiday, it is difficult to see what emails have been sent or to follow up appropriately. We are advertising a lot of roles, so this is very challenging.
