Interactive Ripple for managers (or both)

It would be great if there was an interactive ripple for managers - or both (e.g. leavers process)

Describe the Challenge

in the leaver process we have multiple tasks/forms that need to be completed. Some by the manager, some by the employee and some by both. An interactive ripple that could be accessed by both would support this.
