Create TAGS for all fields within PeopleHR as there are quite a few missing

It's frustrating when you go to create a ripple, and get to the tags section and not all fields are covered e.g. assignment start date, assignment end date etc

I was trying to create a ripple to let HR know that a TOIL has been added to an employees records with the details of the TOIL information so that they can add in a timely manner and this does not seem to be captured in the tag list. The only way we can capture this data is by downloading the query manually to check to see if there are any new requests.
