When changing work pattern partway through the year, have an option to tick manual override on annual leave so you don't have to manually change it after the start date.

We currently have to manually work out Part time annual leave anyway as PHR works it out wrong, plus then when someone changes work pattern partway through the year, it reverts back to the people HR calculation when the pattern changes. It would be good to have a manually override checkbox so the system knows not to automatically change it.
