Be able to attach documents that link to documents to performance Reviews

Tried to use new performance app but it wasn't fit for purpose (no option for both team and manager responses) so we are still using performance tab on PHR. However it would be good to be able to attach a file - we have our team complete their side, then share, then the manager completes their side and shares. Then when they have the meeting and discuss both answer they have review notes which are currently saved as a logbook but would be good to be able to attached them to the actual reviews
