allow video questions to be made mandatory in the ATS, the same as general questions

We require videos to be uploaded as part of some applications, but the ATS will now allow it to be marked mandatory. Therefore, there is lots of manual work required going back to applicants after they have submitted their initial application. The other questions can be marked as mandatory so it doesn't make any sense why the video Qs can't be.
