It would be great to have the option under the 'Employment' tab on an employee to insert information for any statutory or requests the employee has made. For example, when an employee submits a flexible working request - we are using workarounds with case logs to confirm when a request is received and if it is their 1st request etc and manually have to add a reminder when that expires.
It would be super helpful to have this integrated and be able to run queries on it.

We set up a logbook and then built two ripples that we attached to it.
1st as a notification on when they logbook was created. Notification sends to Manager and our HR Shared services inbox.
2nd as a notification if the logbook was updated i.e. an amendment or it has been approved by the manager. Notification sends to Manager and our HR Shared services inbox.
The idea is that we want managers to responsibility and feel empowered to approve something with minimal impact. If it has more of an impact or the manager is unsure then they are encouraged to consult with the HR team first, the ripple emails note possible actions they should take.
We built a logbook for this, and built our form into the logbook so we could record dates / reasons etc.. and run queries on the fields 🙂
