Ability to restrict access to individual Performance reviews in the Performance module for those who have admin access restricting the admin user the ability to view the performance reviews of their HR colleagues.

I would like to propose that admin access which currently gives full access to all users to the Performance module be restricted so admin access cannot view performance reviews of colleagues reporting to the same manager. Eg People partners should not be able to view each others performance reviews and feedback.
