Tracking history of saved and published changes - Path to Great

We are required to do calibration on appraisal ratings prior to final sign off and budget controls. This calibration is to ensure consistency of ratings application (and reward) over business. Using nalytics we can see saved and published path to great but we cannot see history of saved changes that are not published. If manager saves but not publish to allow calibration we would need to track the change before final publication (and maybe after)
