Employee Performance Module - Objectives seen during Performance Review completion

The Objective setting in Employee Performance Module is a great feature, however when completing an end of year performance review, you cannot see or link into the Objectives. It would be great if there was a split-screen option where the Objectives appear if needed, and Managers/Employees can review both simutanoulsy and complete the Performance review. Check-In show this, which is good (we use this as a Mid-Year review check-in).
