Queries - Locked to individuals/groups or scheduled reports

It would be useful if query categories were locked to the actual individual. So they can only access the queries that admins create for them. That way access to certain data can be given via query access without having to make hotsheets for people. They can only access the queries built in their name/labelled category. To add to this the addition to automated scheduled reports would be very beneficial also.
