Calendar feed - you need to add a link to your knowledge base on how to add this URL

When providing a URL to customers it is automatic for people to click on this link and assume that is the correct thing to do, especially when this link essentially works or at least seems to (see attached video).

What it actually does is provide a copy of your PHR calendar on your personal or shared calendar and this is not then updated with future events or staff changes.

Further more, if you then click it again, it duplicates the problem.

No support is provided for removing the duplicates and no messages are on this page to make customers aware of the problem that they could inadvertently create for their organisation.

The time and effort it takes to delete the data is tangible and customers should be aware.
