'Other Event' reason to show in Timesheet Report Plug In, rather than 'no paperwork / clocks'

Rather that the timesheet report showing 'no paperwork/clocks', if there is an 'other even't, then it should show 'other event'.

Describe the Challenge

Simplicity - from the report, it looks like the employee is AWOL and therefore have to go to into their profile to check - when it could simply be 'other event - bereavement leave'.
