Training matrix is not matching the training that is in the system. How do we get this to works

Why is it that my training matrix doesn't match what I have logged under the logbook for training within the system.

I have tried this with 2 employees who have done the same course and it shows one employee but not the other one, no idea why it isn't working.

Are you able to filter by by employees as it doesn't work.

Are you able to freeze the top row of courses?

Sorry I have a lot of questions as it just doesn't seem to be working correctly.
