Start and End Dates to be added to additions and deductions under salary information

Within the Employee under the Personal Tab you have the salary field, you have the option to add additional Deductions and Additions however there are no start and end dates on this form for the payments. If the dates were added we could run API and queries for this data in order for us to export to make payments.

Describe the Challenge By not having any dates we cant automate process of the back of these figures.
