Use the same prompt on the employee toolbar for the Performance review as you do for ripples and document signatures

When an employee logs into the system and they need to sign a document or complete a ripple a blue number "1" appears by the section of the toolbar however this does not occur when you assign a performance review or a logbook to an employee. It would be good if the same thing happened for consistency and ease of use
