Be able to view previous approver comments on a two tier authorised logbook

This would benefit admins and other approvers of logbooks to see the previous approvers comments on a logbook with a multi tier authorisation process set up on it. It currently seems like the final approver cannot view the previous approvers comments and/or these are overridden by the final approver's. It would be best to be able to see all approvers' comments when the logbook is approved/declined.
