Currently, the system does not automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST), requiring an administrator to manually update each employee’s virtual clock GMT offset twice a year. This process is time-consuming and leads to significant disruption on the days the clocks change. If full automation isn’t feasible, the impact could be reduced by implementing bulk update actions or allowing time zone localization settings by location to adjust the virtual clock GMT offset.
