When reviewing candidates in the ATS, the current process requires closing the candidate detail window, navigating back to the selection panel, and manually clicking into the next candidate. This is time-consuming and disrupts workflow.
Suggested Improvement:
Introduce simple Next ( > ) and Previous ( < ) navigation buttons within the candidate detail view.
This would allow users to move seamlessly between candidates without returning to the main selection panel.
