Currently, when applicants submit their CVs or cover letters, the preview window that opens is very small—especially when working on a laptop. This makes the documents difficult to read without downloading them.
Suggested Improvements:
Increase the size of the preview window for CVs and cover letters.
Add an "Open in Browser" option to allow for easier viewing without downloading.
These changes would reduce the need to download files unnecessarily, which is especially important when handling documents containing personal information.
