Ability to download Applause reports

Currently you can only view an overall summary of shoutouts up to 28 days in the past. I'd like to be able to see detail of who has received shoutouts and which behaviours have been recognised. It would be useful to be able to download all data as a CSV so I can pull my own tailored reports together.
