Be able to create contractors on PeopleHR without it feeding into payroll

For contractors to be added to PeopleHR, to be able to send documents, notifications through system, having their own account with their details, expenses etc.

Describe the Challenge

Unable to add, without info being fed through to payroll. I think a field should be included (checkbox maybe?) to be able to give the option to the admin to either feed through to payroll or not. Checkbox name - Notify payroll?
