Employee search - basic functionality

When you do a search for a name, it should just search among the name fields of the employees, not who their manager is. Also, the result list does not show ALL the results... it gets capped halfway. In our case, I searched for "Miguel" (who has 70 people working for him), it showed 27 accounts and didn't even show Miguel's record.
