Add Completed to the Actions button on LMS

Add 'Completed' on the 'Actions' button on the LMS against users, which I can do against individual Users. Many of our employees watch/complete a course in a group and as Admin want to record this on the LMS against them. At the moment I have to upload a CSV file for every course, which is time consuming and tedious
