Automatically zero out A/L when on maternity/Sick

When an employee goes on maternity or LTS, despite clearly being marked on the planner as on this leave, Bank Holidays still show as taken, requiring manual correction to zero them all out. Surely the system should be smart enough to cancel this leave.
